Q: Do I need to send you all of the working key fobs?
A: No. One working key is enough.

Q: If I send you only one working key, will my other key fobs still work?
A: Yes, for programming, we only need 1 working key; however, all of your working keys will work with the emulator.

Q: Do I need to remove the original steering lock (ESL)?
A: Yes. The emulator replaces the original (damaged) ESL. The factory lock must be removed to release the steering wheel.

Q: Do I need to send my old steering lock?
