1.1 Agreement Overview
This Agreement governs terms and conditions between you on your own behalf, and (if applicable) on behalf of your entity or organization (“Client”) and ARMHEX. You should review this entire Agreement as it creates a legal contract that applies once accepted. These terms shall be governed by the laws of ARMHEX, USA.
By accessing and utilizing ARMHEX’s products, software, services, files, and websites (collectively referred to as the “Services” in this document, except where specific agreements apply), and/or accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and confirm you have the authority to bind your entity. Hence, the user enters into a legal agreement with ARMHEX.
“ARMHEX” refers to “ARMHEX Automotive Electronics LLC”, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with the following website: www.armhex.com, along with its subsidiaries, subdomains, emails, affiliates, and partners. This document establishes and outlines the terms governing this legal relationship.
1.2 Universal Terms
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement with ARMHEX, the terms outlined in this document shall govern the user’s relationship with ARMHEX. These terms are referred to as the “Universal Terms.”
1.3 Additional Terms
Certain Services may also be subject to additional legal notices and terms issued by ARMHEX periodically. These additional terms, along with the Universal Terms, collectively form the “Additional Terms.” Whenever Additional Terms apply to a specific Service, they will be made available to the user either within the Service itself, through relevant means of access, or on this page.
1.4 Binding Legal Agreement
The Universal Terms, combined with any applicable Additional Terms, constitute a legally binding contract between the user and ARMHEX regarding the use of the Services. It is the user's responsibility to carefully review these terms. This entire agreement will be referred to as the “Terms.”
1.5 Conflict Between Terms
In the event of any inconsistency between the Additional Terms and the Universal Terms, the Additional Terms will take precedence concerning the specific Service they apply to.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Agreement to the Terms
Before using the Services, the user must accept these Terms. Accessing or using the Services is not permitted unless the user agrees to abide by them.
2.2 Methods of Acceptance
The user may indicate acceptance of these Terms in one of the following ways:
(a) By clicking a button or selecting an option confirming agreement or acceptance of the Terms when prompted within the user interface of any Service, registration, and payment.
(b) By utilizing the Services, in which case the user acknowledges and agrees that such use will be considered an acceptance of the Terms from that point forward.
2.3 Restrictions on Use
A user is not permitted to access or use the Services if:
(a) They are not of legal age to enter into a binding contract with ARMHEX, or
(b) They are legally restricted from receiving or using the ARMHEX Services under the laws of their country of residence or the country from which they are accessing the Services.
(c) The ARMHEX services, software, files, tools, or their usage are directly or indirectly illegal in their country.
2.4 Retention of Terms
Users are encouraged to save or print a copy of these Universal Terms for future reference.
3. Language of the Agreement

If ARMHEX provides a translated version of these Terms for the user's convenience, the user acknowledges that the English version will prevail in governing the relationship with ARMHEX.
3.2 Conflicts Between Translations
In case of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall take precedence.
4. Service Provision by ARMHEX, Its Affiliates, and Partners
4.1 Service Providers
ARMHEX operates through subsidiaries and affiliated entities worldwide (collectively referred to as “Subsidiaries and Affiliates”). These entities may provide Services on behalf of ARMHEX, and the user agrees that such entities are authorized to do so.
4.2 Service Modifications
ARMHEX continually seeks to enhance its Services. As a result, the user acknowledges and agrees that the form and functionality of the Services may be modified from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Service Suspension or Termination

The user may also stop using the Services at any time without notifying ARMHEX.
4.4 Account Access Restrictions
If ARMHEX disables a user’s access due to critical circumstances, such as insolvency or improper use of the Services, the user may be restricted from accessing their account, including any associated files, content, or stored data.
4.5 Usage Limits

Additional processes may need written permission from ARMHEX. These plans are designed for FAIR usage. Excessive or improper use may result in temporary or permanent suspension without any refund.

This fee becomes due one year after the activation of the tool, package, plan, or service and varies based on the specific tool, package, plan, or service model. Subscription pricing is published on the ARMHEX website.
Failure to renew the subscription will result in limited functionality of the account and restrict the Limited Lifetime Warranty on the tool to 24 months from the original activation date. If the subscription is renewed after expiration, the renewed period will be backdated to cover the lapsed time, aligning the subscription with its expected expiration had it been renewed on time.
